Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Supervisor Lamrock.

PRESENT:
Lamrock, Schweickert, Kopko, Gary, Gaskell, Beliveau and Barnes. 

ABSENT:
None.

MEETING AGENDA:
Motion by Barnes, seconded by Gaskell to accept the meeting agenda.
All in favor, motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENTS:
None.

CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Schweickert, seconded by Kopko to approve the consent agenda which contain Minutes Twp. Board 3/05/01, Parks & Recreation 3/12/01 & Planning 1/24/01; Zoning & Police Reports; General, Water & Sewer Bills.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

HSRUA BOND-UPDATE:
Attorney Eppert was present to discuss the proposed bond and feels uneasy with the wording.  He will try to clear up the language and get back to us as soon as possible.

OPEN COMPUTER BIDS:
Three bids received.  CM. Co.; Den's Co.; and Dale's Co.

Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Schweickert to go with Dale's Computer for $4,340.00 for lowest bid.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

SAMPLE METER REPLACEMENT - UPDATE:
Supervisor Lamrock has put an ad in the paper and sent proposals to all the local area contractors and hopes to have them back for the next meeting.

NEW BUSINESS

CONSIDERATION OF GRANT APPLICATION-MYLES/RC PROPERTY:
Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Kopko to hold a Public Hearing on March 28, 2001 at 7:00 P.M. at AuSable Twp. Hall to consider acquisition of these properties for Extension of Finishline Park.
All in favor, motion carried.

Motion by Beliveau, seconded by Gaskell to accept the proposal from RC Associates, Inc. with the contingency that if the appraisals are not acceptable to the property owners that billing of these terms are not to exceed $1,500.00 to each of the three (3) parties.  Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS NOTIFICATION:
This was postponed until next meeting.

OSCODA AREA ELEMENTARY INFORMATIONAL VIDEO:
Video was reviewed.

TRUSTEE TRAINING (for Alanda Barnes):
Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Beliveau to approve the three day training session in Tustin, MI and authorize her mileage and off site meals.  Roll call, all yes, motion carried.
