Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Supervisor Lamrock.

PRESENT:
Lamrock, Kopko, Schweickert, Beliveau, Gary, Gaskell and Barnes. 

ABSENT:
None.

Pledge of Allegiance recited.

MEETING AGENDA:
Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Gary to accept the meeting agenda with the addition of E. under new business.
All in favor, motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENTS:
None.

CONSENT AGENDA:
A.	Minutes - Township Board 02/20/01, HSRUA 02/06/01, Public Works 02/20/01, Parks and Recreation 02/20/01.

B.	Reports (None).

Motion by Gary, seconded by Barnes to approve the consent agenda as presented.  
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS

A.	Water Software Recommendation:
	Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Beliveau to proceed with the purchase of Springbrook Software's Utility 
	Billing, not to exceed $11,500 including training.
	Roll call, all yes, motion carried.
	
B.	Advertise for Bids:
	Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Gary to advertise for bids for two computers.  (Specifications attached).
	Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

C.	Water Replacement Plan:
Motion by Schweickert, seconded by Beliveau to proceed with the water meter replacement plan as presented, which would be 55 meters selected at random, at a cost of approximately $8,000.00.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

D.	River Road Estates #2 Subdivision-Preliminary Plat:
	Motion by Schweickert, seconded by Beliveau to sign the Preliminary Plat of River Road Estates #2 as 
	recommended by the Planning Commission.
	Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

E.	Gordon Schultz (pay as he goes on River Road Estates #2):
Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Gary to inform Mr. Schultz that our ordinance requires money up front and authorize Supervisor to get with Gary Bartow and get actual costs, or close to actual costs. 
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.
