Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Supervisor Lamrock.

PRESENT:
Lamrock, Schweickert, Kopko, Beliveau, Gary, Gaskell. 

ABSENT:
Barnes.

Meeting Agenda:
Motion by Kopko, seconded by Gaskell to accept the meeting agenda with the deletion of 7J.  Presentation of Plaque - Bob Wassmann, and the addition of 8E, Miss Iosco Pageant ad.
All in favor, motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS

A.	Poverty Guidelines:
Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Kopko to adopt the Poverty Guidelines Resolution for 2001.  Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

B.	4-H Tag Days:
 Motion by Gary, seconded by Beliveau to authorize the Iosco County 4-H Club to hold it's fund raiser in     AuSable, Friday, May 11 and Saturday, May 12, 2001.
	All in favor, motion carried.

C.	AuSable point Complaint:
Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Beliveau to pay the $205.70 for replacement of an electrical wire to a lighted sign that was disrupted during installation of the waterline along US-23.  (Jerry Peterson 2500 N. US-23).    Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

D.	Earth Tech Professional Services Agreement:
	Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Gary to adopt and enact this agreement, subject to our attorney reviewing it.
	Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

E.	Miss Iosco Pageant ad:
Motion by Schweickert, seconded by Kopko to take an ad in the Miss Iosco Pageant Brochure for $50.00.  Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

	Matt=Finance Committee briefly discussed retirement plan but we are on hold until we hear back from Steve 
	Lappan.
