Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Supervisor Lamrock.

PRESENT:
Lamrock, Schweickert, Kopko, Gary, Wassmann, Beliveau & Burley.

ABSENT:
None.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:

ACCEPT MEETING AGENDA:
Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Kopko to accept the meeting agenda      
with the addition of Property Split under New Business.
All in favor, motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENTS:
None.                                               

APPROVE CONSENT AGENDA:
(Minutes - Twp. Board 12/20/99; HSRUA 12/07/99, 12/13/99; OWAA 10/21/99;
Reports, if any; General, Water & Sewer bills):

Motion by Kopko, seconded by Schweickert to approve the consent agenda with     
amendment to correct 12/20/99 minutes and add $500.00 to 856956 Taxes & Land
Redemption in General Fund Budget Transfers. Transfer was approved properly in
budget transfers originally, but omitted from work sheet when minutes were typed.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

ASSESSOR COMPUTER BIDS:
No answer to advertisement for bids.
Motion by Schweickert, seconded by Kopko to authorize up to $2,000.00                                        expenditure for a computer as specified in our advertisement. 
Roll call: Wassmann NO, Gary, Burley, Beliveau, Kopko, Schweickert and
Lamrock YES, motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS 

AUDIT AGREEMENT:
Motion by Kopko, seconded by Gary to authorize Supervisor Lamrock to sign
the agreement with Stephenson/Gracik to perform the 1999 Audit for AuSable
Township. Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

PROPERTY SPLIT (Gordon Schultz-Grass Lake Road Estates):
Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Schweickert to approve the property split
of the West 83.75 feet of Lot 11, Grass Lake Road Estates, as per plat thereof
recorded in Liber 16 of Plats, Page 44 of Iosco County Records.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

BOARD COMMENTS:
Bob Wassmann requesting number of signatures required on Nominating  
Petitions for August Primary. Della to check with County Clerk.

PUBLIC COMMENTS:
